Movement and Mobility Specialist, Chiropractor
Dr. Ted Niejadlik is a movement and mobility specialist, chiropractor, acupuncture practitioner and certified nutrition coach. He has been providing evidence-based care in Halton Hills for the last 18 years. His patients include NHL, OWHL, AHL, OHL hockey players, NCAA lacrosse players, weekend warriors, business and trades professionals and retirees.
Dr. Ted graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science. While at York University, he completed the certificate program in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling obtaining the Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant Certification.

Dr. Ted is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. While attending C.M.C.C., he took an Active Release Technique course that specializes in treating soft tissue injuries.
After graduating from C.M.C.C., he completed his Certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI).
Wanting to provide better care to the growing golf population in Ontario, Dr. Ted became a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute. He now conducts 2-D video swing analysis, physical screening and exercise prescription for golfers.
In 2014, Dr. Ted became a certified Functional Range Release Provider and a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. He now specializes in sport performance and sports injuries.
In 2018 Dr. Ted started to provide concussion testing utilizing ImPACT Concussion Management Applications and concussion treatment protocols.
In 2020, Dr. Ted completed the Precision Nutrition Certification Course and now offers Nutrition Coaching and Counselling.
In 2022, Dr. Ted completed the Functional Range Release Spine Course from the Functional Anatomy Seminars.
In 2024, Dr. Ted became a certified Functional Range Assessment Specialist from Functional Range Systems.
